I'm not receiving the Houzz newsletter. What should I do?


If you are no longer receiving the Houzz newsletter in your email, first, check to make sure you are still subscribed. Sign in to your account, go to Your Houzz and click Edit Profile. Click the Advanced Settings link, underneath your profile picture, on the left hand side. Scroll down to email notifications and make sure the box next to "Subscribe to Houzz Newsletter" is ticked. If you need to, tick the box, then click Update.

If you are subscribed but not receiving the newsletter, check your junk or spam folders to make sure Houzz emails are not ending up there inadvertently.
