What happens if I do not like my order?


If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

  • You may return your unused Product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Products that have been altered or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
  • Please request a return by clicking on the "Return Item" button for your order on https://www.houzz.co.uk/browseOrders or contacting us at shop-uk@houzz.com.
  • However, you will be responsible for the return cost. When you have initiated the return process, you will be contacted from the Houzz Customer Support team and they will quote you the best price for the collection.
  • The customer service representative will then send you new labels to place on the box and will let you know when the carrier will be there to collect your order at a time which is convenient to you.
  • Your refund will be processed to you when the order has been returned to Houzz. This will take 3-5 days to appear in your bank account.
