What types of delivery options can I select?

Delivery Definitions

Standard:

  • Order will be shipped via various carriers, for example TNT and Panther. Your order will be left at your doorstep if a signature is not required.

Freight:

  • Your freight delivery will require an appointment and signature at the time of delivery. Please note, your appointment will require a 4-8 hour window which is typically Monday - Friday. Some products will have the following delivery options:
    • Room of Choice: Our delivery team will unload and unpack the items in your preferred space, then remove and dispose of all packaging. The team will contact you the day before to confirm delivery time and will also call when they are on their way.
    • Room of Choice + Removal: Our delivery team will unload and unpack your items in your preferred space and will also take away an unwanted item of furniture - an ideal option if you need to make room for new items by disposing of the old.
    • Room of Choice + Assembly: Our delivery team will unload and unpack your items in your preferred space and dispose of all packaging. They will also spend up to 30 minutes on basic assembly of the items.
    • White Glove: Our most convenient service includes the delivery, unpacking and 30-minute basic assembly of items in your preferred space. Our delivery team will also dispose of all packaging and remove an unwanted item of furniture.
